HR Associate

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
• Supporting employee relations efforts, including answering questions and escalating concerns when needed.
• Assisting with HR projects, such as performance reviews and employee engagement surveys.
  
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date on HR best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• A passion for HR and a desire to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g. ATS, HRIS) is a plus.
